Bio

My name is Darryl and I have been with Dale’s since 1995. I’am the general manager at Dale’s and my goal is to implement strategy, systems and procedures to make our team successful and this cannot be done alone. I value the input from everyone here and having “Team” as part of our core values is key.

I started out as an apprentice technician but as we grew the need for a service advisor was priority. I studied post secondary and received a small business diploma, so moving into customer service was an easy transition.

I want to offer great customer service for years to come!

Bio

My name is Jason and I have been with Dale’s since we opened in Sept ’89. I had no goals of becoming a tech and never thought 30+ years later that I would have a career in the industry this long. The decision to stick with it and become a tech is one of the best decisions I have made. Over the years I have met many people while working at Dale’s and many are friends of mine to this day.

I think the team of people we have today are tops and I’m happy to have them here at Dales.

Operations Manager

Bio

I’ve been with Dale’s since 2012 after working in the paramedical industry for many years as a Manager, Clinician and Customer Service Specialist. I graduated from SFU with a degree in Kinesiology Degree and then further became a Canadian Board Certified Pedorthist (CPED.C). I’ve worked in retail customer service since I was 15 and have always loved helping people!

I first met Jason (Dale’s Auto) in 2002 as we were both owners of the new 2002 Subaru WRX and we quickly became friends. I became a customer at Dale’s Auto Serivce and was for 11 years before I decided to follow my passion into the automotive world. I was offered a Managment position at Dales and have been a part of the team ever since.

Cars are my passion, hobby and career. I live and breath all things automotive. Subaru is my chosen brand and I have owned several but my original 02 is still with me. Currently I drive a heavily modified 2004 Widebody WRX Wagon that is fully built, satin black and Dale’s logo’d so give me a wave if you see me! Most people would say I’m quite eclectic and my other passions include cooking, photography, music and hiking. Find me on Instagram @dalesopman.

Being able to work in the industry I’m passionate about is a ton of fun and always brings new challenges! I have always loved taking care of customers and giving a great service experience. I very much enjoy managing a team of people and helping everyone succeed on a day to basis. I’m driven, passionate and very straight forward!

Domestic Car & Truck

A wheel alignment is an often overlooked service that is necessary for increased tire lifespan and safety

Import Car & Truck

A wheel alignment is not a “basic” service in today’s day and age. There are added adjustments and procedures to perform the wheel alignment correctly

Euro Car & SUV

Tires are quite expensive so a wheel alignment and tire rotations are vital.

Truck/SUV

Pulling problems are not always related to wheel alignment. Problems with tires (especially unequal air pressure and radial ply tire pulls) and loose suspension parts can also be responsible

Classic Car or Truck

We can tailor your suspension/steering/brake restoration around your budget and goals.

Modified Vehicles

Performance street/track cars will require far different alignment specs when compared to your daily driver Prius
